Yes. The merchant agreement is subscribed to directly through the TWINT which provides you with a UUID and a certificat to enter in Pay4All TWINT. If you do not have one yet, we have prepared a tutorial for you.

Ich habe mehrere WordPress-Websites: Wie viele Lizenzen benötige ich?
One license per domain if you use WooCommerce. For example,
if your main site is called mon-site.ch and you
have two stores shop.mon-site.ch and
event.mon-site.ch, you only need one
license: subdomains of the same main domain share
the same license. With Pay4All Shop, the TWINT gateway
is free, with no domain limit.
Warum ist TWINT mit Pay4All Shop kostenlos und mit WooCommerce kostenpflichtig?
Pay4All Shop is our own order-form plugin. To encourage adoption, we provide the TWINT gateway to all Pay4All Shop users with no separate subscription. On WooCommerce, the TWINT gateway remains a premium service. After the one-month free trial, you must also install Pay4All Pro, which requires a subscription.
Was passiert, wenn pay4all.ch ausfällt?
TWINT payments continue to work for 2 days. If the outage lasts longer, the TWINT gateway is temporarily disabled and your other payment methods (collection, cash on delivery) remain available until the service resumes.
Kann ich eine Bestellung über Pay4All Twint zurückerstatten?
Yes. From WordPress admin, open the order and click Rückerstatten. The refund is processed by TWINT and the customer is notified automatically.
Wie lange dauert es, bis ich das Geld erhalte?
The funds reach your bank account within 1 to 2 business days after the transaction, or weekly depending on your preferences.
Sehen meine Kunden beim Bezahlen „Pay4All“?
No. In the customer’s TWINT app, your business name (configured in TWINT Merchant) appears as the recipient. Pay4All is invisible to the customer.
Kann ich jederzeit kündigen?
Yes. The subscription has no commitment: cancel in one click from your Pay4All account. Please note: no refund is issued for the current already-paid period, whether monthly or annual.
Werden meine Daten in der Schweiz gehostet?
Ja. Pay4All SaaS wird in der Schweiz bei Infomaniak gehostet.
