Pay4All Shop is designed for craftspeople, producers and organisers who want to sell online without the complexity of a full e-commerce store.
Wineries and cellars
Sales by cases of 6, mix-and-match grape varieties, delivery or collection at the estate. Your customers build their own case and the total is validated automatically (per-category quantity rules via Pay4All Pro). Protection of minors built in with the free Pay4All Age extension: ID and selfie verification, encrypted, required only for the products concerned.

Delivery methods
Collection, flat rate, free, or free above a certain amount. Accepted payment methods configurable per delivery method. For each method, define your delivery locations (allowed postcodes) as well as the available dates and times based on your opening hours and holiday periods.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need WooCommerce?
No. Pay4All Shop is fully standalone. It does not depend on any other plugin and does not touch WooCommerce tables.
Can I sell wine by the case of 6 while letting the customer choose the grape varieties?
Yes: this is exactly the intended use case - via the Pay4All Pro extension. Create a "Wine" category, set the rule Minimum + multiple with minimum 6 and multiple 6. The customer freely builds their case as long as the total is 6, 12, 18, etc. Pay4All Pro starts with a free 30-day trial with no credit card.
Does the plugin accept online payments?
The free version handles manual payments: collection and payment on delivery. To accept TWINT payments (payment from the customer's TWINT app + automatic order confirmation), add the Pay4All Twint extension.
How do tickets work?
Ticketing is part of the Pay4All Pro extension (30-day free trial). Create a product of type Ticket: when a customer orders N seats, the plugin generates N unique QR codes, sends them by email and activates a public validation page. At the entrance, scan each QR code with any smartphone: green = valid ticket, red = already used (with the date of the previous scan).
How do virtual products work?
Upload a file (PDF, MP3, EPUB…) to the product. It is stored in a private folder. After the purchase, the customer receives a single-use link valid for 60 days, served by a plugin endpoint.
Is the plugin GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Customer data is included in the WordPress Tools › Export / Erase Personal Data workflow.
Is my data deleted if I uninstall the plugin?
No, unless you explicitly enable the option Delete data on uninstall in Settings › Data. Your forms, products and orders remain intact.
Is the plugin translated into my language?
Four languages are included natively: French, German, Italian and English. Default form labels are pre-translated.
