QR ticketing
New product type Ticket in the selector. Every seat sold generates a unique QR sent in the confirmation email, with a self-service public validation page: scan at the door with any smartphone, green = valid, red = already used (timestamped). Admin screen with search, filters, CSV / XLSX export, re-issuing and manual cancellation.
Categories & quantity rules
Group your products into multilingual categories and enforce order rules: minimum, maximum, multiple of N, or minimum + multiple. Error message customizable per category and per language (ideal for wine sold by cases of 6). Live client-side validation on every quantity change, and server-side block at submit against tampered payloads.
Brands
"Brands" taxonomy independent from categories, with the same set of quantity rules and the same translation engine. Ideal for mixing wine by variety AND by estate, or cheese by region AND by producer - the rules apply independently for each taxonomy.
Abandoned carts
Automatic capture as soon as the customer types their email, reminder sent after a configurable delay (10 days by default), one-time recovery link that pre-fills the whole form. Admin screen with status filters (pending, sent, recovered, converted), individual deletion and automatic GDPR purge after 90 days.
Live product filters
A dynamic bar above the product list on the public page: filter by category, filter by brand and sort by price. Works client-side without a reload - useful from about twenty products onward. Color palette inherited automatically from the form Settings.
Custom colors
Freely choose the colors of the order form (background, text, buttons, alerts). Customize the abandoned cart and its reminder email. Live preview: changes appear immediately on your store.
PDF invoice and order slip NEW

Frequently asked questions
Do I need Pay4All Shop to use Pay4All Pro?
Yes. Pay4All Pro is an extension that adds modules on top of Pay4All Shop. You must install and activate both plugins (preferably in this order: Pay4All Shop first, then Pay4All Pro).
Does the free trial require a credit card?
No. The 30-day trial starts automatically at the first activation of the plugin, no card, no account to create. All modules are unlocked immediately. After the 30 days, the Pro modules silently deactivate if no subscription is attached - your data stays intact.
What happens to my data if I deactivate Pay4All Pro?
Your categories, brands, tickets already sold and abandoned carts stay in the database. They will become accessible again upon reactivation. While Pay4All Pro is deactivated, the Pay4All Shop forms keep working: they simply ignore the quantity rules and no longer show the filters.
Can I use Pay4All Pro on several sites?
Yes. Each license covers one domain name. You can attach as many domains as you want to your pay4all.ch account, billing is per active domain.
How do updates work?
Pay4All Pro is not distributed from WordPress.org. Updates come directly from pay4all.ch and appear in the WordPress Plugins screen like any official update. You click Update, that's it. Updates stay accessible even after the license expires (but the Pro modules themselves deactivate).
My license expires in 5 days and pay4all.ch is down. What happens?
Pay4All Pro keeps the last valid status for 72 hours if pay4all.ch is unavailable. If the outage exceeds this window, the plugin switches to trial expired mode on the client side but does not erase any data. As soon as the SaaS responds again, the status re-syncs automatically at the next check (within 48 hours).
Is the plugin compatible with WPML / Polylang?
Yes. Categories, brands and error messages are multilingual natively (FR / DE / IT / EN). The abandoned-cart reminder email templates are also translated. QR ticketing sends the customer to the validation page in the original language of their order.
Is there technical support?
Yes, included in every Pay4All Pro subscription. Send us an email from your pay4all.ch customer area (button Contact support). Reply within 48 business hours, often less.
