Terms of service
1. Purpose
These Terms and Conditions of Use govern access to and use of the Pay4All service, which is accessible via the website https://pay4all.ch.
The Pay4All service is operated by Netoura Sàrl, the representative of the Pay4All service, whose registered office is located at Chemin de la Pommière 1a, 2065 Savagnier, Switzerland.
2. Pay4All Service
Pay4All offers subscriptions enabling the use of WordPress plugins linked to TWINT payments, notably for WooCommerce and for WordPress forms.
Each subscription is linked to a primary domain and a specific product. A single customer can manage multiple domains and multiple subscriptions from their personal account.
3. Account creation
Use of the Pay4All service requires the creation of a customer account. The customer undertakes to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information.
The customer is responsible for the confidentiality of their login details and for any activity carried out via their account.
4. Domain activation
The activation of a Pay4All plugin is linked to the main domain of the relevant WordPress site. Variants such as
www.domaine.ch, shop.domain.ch or staging.domain.ch may be linked
to the main domain domain.ch.
Pay4All reserves the right to suspend an activation in the event of misuse, fraud or use contrary to these terms and conditions.
5. Pricing and billing
The applicable rates are those displayed at the time of subscription. Subscriptions may be offered on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the available offers.
Payments are processed by Stripe. Available payment methods may include, in particular, credit card and TWINT, depending on the technical options available at the time of payment.
Billing is carried out in advance for the selected period. Invoices are available in the Pay4All customer portal or via Stripe’s billing tools.
6. Free trial period
Pay4All may offer a 30-day free trial period, subject to the terms and conditions displayed at the time of subscription.
During this period, the customer may test the service without being charged. The customer may cancel their subscription before the end of the trial period to avoid any charges.
7. Automatic renewal
Unless cancelled by the customer, subscriptions are automatically renewed at the end of each subscription period.
The customer authorises Pay4All and its payment provider Stripe to automatically charge the amount corresponding for the chosen subscription, using the registered payment method.
8. Cancellation
The customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their Pay4All customer portal or via the Stripe management portal.
Cancellation terminates automatic renewal. Unless the account is completely deleted or there is misuse, the service remains accessible until the end of the period already paid for.
9. No Refunds
Once the trial period has ended and the first payment has been collected, the amounts invoiced are non-refundable.
Cancellation of a subscription does not entitle the customer to a full or partial refund for the current period already paid for.<\/p>
However, a refund may be considered on an exceptional basis in the event of double billing, an obvious payment error, or a technical fault attributable to Pay4All that has prevented the normal use of the service.<\/p>
10. Non-payment and suspension
In the event of a failed payment, Pay4All may send one or more reminders to the customer. If the situation is not resolved within the specified timeframe, the subscription in question may be suspended.
In the event of suspension, the relevant plugin may cease to be available on the customer’s WordPress site, in particular by hiding the TWINT payment method or deactivating subscription-related features.
11. Service availability
Pay4All endeavours to ensure the availability of the service and its subscription verification interfaces. However, Pay4All does not guarantee uninterrupted, continuous or error-free operation.
Temporary interruptions may occur for reasons of maintenance, updates, security or in the event of circumstances beyond Pay4All’s control.<\n
<\n <\n12. Customer liability<\n
<\n<\n The customer is responsible for the installation, configuration and use of Pay4All plugins on their<\n WordPress site.<\n
<\n<\n The customer is also responsible for their TWINT merchant account, their Stripe account where applicable, their WordPress site, their hosting, WooCommerce, any third-party extensions installed and the compliance of their business.
13. Limitation of liability
Pay4All cannot be held liable for indirect losses, loss of revenue, loss of data, business interruptions or damages resulting from incorrect configuration, a hosting issue, a third-party extension, a TWINT or Stripe account, or improper use of the service.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Pay4All’s liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant subscription over the last twelve months.
14. Intellectual property
The plugins, interfaces, texts, codes, logos, documents and graphic elements related to Pay4All remain the property of Netoura Sàrl or their respective owners.
The customer is granted only a right to use the service for the duration of their active subscription. Any unauthorised reproduction, modification, resale, distribution or use is prohibited.<\

<\ The processing of personal data in connection with the use of Pay4All is described in the privacy policy<\ available on the website.<\
16. Amendment of the terms and conditions
Pay4All reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. In the event of a significant amendment, the customer may be notified by email or via their customer portal.
Continued use of the service after the new terms and conditions come into force constitutes acceptance of these.
17. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms and conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any dispute relating to their interpretation or enforcement falls within the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the registered office of Netoura Sàrl, subject to applicable mandatory legal provisions.
