Free Trial

Pay4All offers a 30-day free trial when you take out a subscription, subject to the terms and conditions displayed at the time of registration.

During this period, the customer can try out the service without being charged. They may cancel their subscription at any time before the end of the trial period to avoid any charges.

No refunds after billing

Once the trial period has ended and the first payment has been collected, the amounts charged are non-refundable.

Cancelling a subscription stops automatic renewal, but does not entitle the customer to a full or partial refund for the current period already paid for.

Cancellation

The customer may cancel their subscription at any time via their Pay4All customer portal or via the Stripe management portal.

Following cancellation, the service remains accessible until the end of the period already paid for, except in the event of complete account deletion or misuse of the service.

TWINT and credit card payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the payment method used, a technical refund may be possible via Stripe, particularly for credit card or TWINT payments.

However, this technical possibility does not constitute an automatic right to a refund. Pay4All reserves the right to accept or refuse any refund request, subject to the applicable mandatory legal provisions.
