2. Data Collected

In connection with the use of the Pay4All service, Netoura Sàrl may collect the following data:

Identification data: first name, last name, e-mail address, company, billing address and preferred language.

Account data: login credentials, account settings, display preferences, remembered device and history of important actions.

Subscription data: main domain associated with the plugin, product concerned, selected plan, subscription status, subscription, renewal, cancellation or suspension dates.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Netoura Sàrl never has access to full credit card numbers or the customer’s TWINT identifiers.

Technical data: IP address, login date and time, technical logs, errors, login attempts, and information relating to the browser and device used.

3. Purposes of Processing

Netoura Sàrl processes the collected data in order to:

  • create and manage customer accounts;
  • activate and verify domain-related subscriptions;
  • handle billing and payment management via Stripe;
  • send transactional e-mails related to the account, payments and subscriptions;
  • prevent abuse, fraud and unauthorized access;
  • provide customer support;
  • improve, maintain and secure the Pay4All service;
  • comply with applicable legal and accounting obligations.

4. Service Providers and Processors

Some data may be transmitted to service providers necessary for the operation of the Pay4All service, including:

  • Stripe, for processing payments, subscriptions and invoices;
  • Infomaniak Network SA, for hosting the website and service;
  • the configured SMTP provider for sending transactional e-mails.

These providers process the data only to the extent necessary to provide their services.

5. Data Retention

Data related to accounting, invoices and payments is retained for 10 years in accordance with Swiss legal obligations.

Customer account data is retained as long as the account remains active.

In the event of account deletion, data that is no longer necessary is deleted or anonymized. Data that must be retained for legal, accounting or security reasons may be kept for the required period.

Technical logs are retained only for as long as necessary for security, diagnostics and abuse prevention.

6. Cookies

The Pay4All service uses cookies that are strictly necessary for its operation, in particular a session cookie used to maintain the customer’s login session.

The Pay4All service may also use a cookie or remembered device identifier to recognize a previously validated device and improve account security.

Netoura Sàrl does not use advertising cookies or third-party trackers for marketing purposes on the Pay4All service.

7. Security

Netoura Sàrl implements technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration or misuse.

These measures include, in particular, the use of HTTPS, password encryption, limitation of login attempts, session protection and logging of important security events.

8. Your Rights

In accordance with applicable data protection law, you may request access to your personal data, its correction, deletion or restriction of processing, within the limits provided by law.

You may exercise your rights by sending a request to: info@pay4all.ch.

For security reasons, proof of identity or account verification may be required before certain requests are processed.

9. Account Deletion

The customer may request deletion of their account from their Pay4All account area.

E-mail confirmation may be required before deletion. After confirmation, active subscriptions are cancelled, associated domains are deactivated, and the account is deleted or anonymized.

Certain data may nevertheless be retained if required to comply with a legal, accounting or security obligation.

10. Data Transfers Abroad

Some service providers, including Stripe, may process data in countries outside Switzerland. In such cases, Netoura Sàrl ensures that the processing is based on appropriate safeguards or mechanisms provided for by applicable legislation.

11. Changes to the Privacy Policy

Netoura Sàrl may modify this privacy policy at any time in order to adapt it to changes in the Pay4All service, legal requirements or technical changes.

The version published on the website shall prevail.
